All available shipping options and their costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Delivery times are estimates only and begin once the order has been shipped, not when the order is placed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking

International Orders & Customs
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. 1 Word 1 Together is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at oneworldonetogether@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will offer a full refund of the product cost. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
